# KMath Student Terms of Service Effective Date: 2026-06-01 ## Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users in connection with the use of the KMath Student service (hereinafter "Service") provided by ClassCube (hereinafter "Company"). ## Article 2 (Company Information) - Trade Name: ClassCube - Email Contact: notice@classcube.co.kr - In-Service Contact: '1:1 Inquiry' board within the Service ## Article 3 (Description of the Service) 1. The Company provides AI-based learning content, problem-solving support, learning diagnosis, learning record management, hints, concept explanations, incorrect-answer review, supplementary learning, 1:1 inquiry support, and other related services. 2. The Service may be provided in multiple languages. 3. The specific contents of the Service may be changed according to the Company's policies, operational needs, or technical circumstances. ## Article 4 (User Eligibility and Registration) 1. Users may register through social login or any other method permitted by the Company. 2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. 3. This Service may be used only by persons **aged 14 or older**. 4. If it is confirmed that a child under the age of 14 has registered, the Company may take necessary measures such as restricting or deleting the relevant account. ## Article 5 (Required Consent) Users must agree to the following during registration or use of the Service: 1. Agreement to the Terms of Service 2. Agreement to the Privacy Policy 3. Confirmation that the user is at least 14 years old ## Article 6 (Account Management) 1. Users are responsible for managing their own account information. 2. Users may not transfer, lend, or share their accounts with others. 3. If fraudulent use of an account is suspected, the Company may take necessary measures such as restricting use of the account. ## Article 7 (Paid Services, Payment, and Auto-Renewal) 1. The Service may consist of free services and paid subscription services. 2. Fees, scope, and payment conditions for paid services will be provided on the Service screen, payment screen, or through separate notices. 3. Paid subscription services may operate on a **monthly auto-renewal basis**. 4. Users must be able to check their subscription status and whether auto-renewal is enabled on the payment screen, subscription information screen, or account settings screen. 5. The actual billed amount may vary depending on the payment method, card issuer, exchange rate, taxes, and the policies of the payment service provider. 6. For auto-renewal subscriptions, the Company will notify users of the upcoming renewal amount and billing date via email or in-service notification at least 7 days prior to the next billing date. ## Article 8 (Cancellation and Refunds) 1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date, and auto-renewal will stop starting from the next billing cycle. 2. Upon starting a subscription, the service commences immediately. Under applicable consumer protection law for digital content, by agreeing to this the user's right of withdrawal is restricted. 3. As a general rule, subscription fees that have already been paid are not refundable due to the nature of digital services. 4. However, the Company may exceptionally review refunds in the following cases: 1. Duplicate payment 2. Clear overcharge 3. Long-term inability to use the Service normally due to reasons attributable to the Company 4. Cases where refunds are required under applicable law 5. Specific refund procedures and methods shall follow the customer support procedures separately established by the Company. ## Article 9 (Prohibited Conduct) Users must not engage in any of the following: 1. Using another person's account by theft or unauthorized means 2. Interfering with the normal operation of the Service 3. Copying, distributing, selling, or reverse engineering all or part of the Service without the prior permission of the Company 4. Uploading or transmitting information or materials that violate laws or public order and morals 5. Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Company ## Article 10 (Notice Regarding AI Services) 1. The Service may include AI-based features. 2. AI features are **support tools** intended to assist learning, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of results generated by AI features. 3. Results generated by AI features may vary depending on the user's request method, input content, learning context, model characteristics, and external integration environment, and may differ in some respects from the Company's intended operation or may not meet the user's expectations. 4. The Company does not guarantee that AI features will always fully reflect the user's intent, phrasing, or detailed requirements, and some results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. 5. Users must use AI-generated results as reference materials during learning, judgment, and use, and the user bears final responsibility for judgment and use. ## Article 11 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service) 1. The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service as necessary for operational or technical reasons. 2. If there are material changes, the Company will provide prior notice on the Service screen or by other appropriate means. ## Article 12 (Customer Support and 1:1 Inquiry) 1. The Company provides customer support through the following channels: 1. The '1:1 Inquiry' board within the Service 2. Email: notice@classcube.co.kr 2. Users may submit inquiry content, contact information, email address, and an optional attached image through the '1:1 Inquiry' board, and the submitted information is used solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry and providing customer support. 3. The Company aims to respond to submitted inquiries within 1 to 3 business days; response times may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry. 4. Once a 1:1 inquiry has been answered, the user may not delete it on their own, in order to support recordkeeping and dispute resolution. 5. The content of 1:1 inquiries and the Company's responses may be used and retained for the purposes of handling inquiries, statistical analysis, and improving the quality of the Service. ## Article 13 (Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use) 1. Users may request account deletion or withdrawal at any time. 2. When withdrawal is requested, the account is immediately changed to withdrawal-pending status, and the user may cancel the withdrawal within 3 days. After 3 days, the Company may delete or anonymize account information except for information that must be retained under applicable law. 3. The Company may restrict account use or terminate the contract if a user violates these Terms or causes material disruption to the operation of the Service. ## Article 14 (Intellectual Property Rights) 1. Rights to the Service and to content, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials provided within the Service belong to the Company or the legitimate rights holders. 2. Users may not use such materials by copying, distributing, transmitting, or creating derivative works without the prior permission of the Company. ## Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) 1. These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. 2. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user regarding the use of the Service, the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country of residence shall apply to the extent required. ## Article 16 (Language) These Terms may be provided in multiple languages, and in the event of any inconsistency in interpretation among translations, **the Korean version shall prevail**. ## Article 17 (Amendment of the Terms) 1. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. 2. When amending these Terms, the Company will provide prior notice of the effective date and the reasons for the amendment.
# KMath Teacher Terms of Service Effective Date: 2026-06-01 --- ## Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Teacher Members in connection with the use of the KMath Teacher service (hereinafter "Service") provided by ClassCube (hereinafter "Company"). ## Article 2 (Company Information) - Company Name: ClassCube - Contact: notice@classcube.co.kr / In-service inquiry board ## Article 3 (Service Description) The Company provides Teacher Members with features including academy, class, and student management; exam creation (Exam Wizard, Progress Exam, and Diagnostic Exam); study card and homework distribution; student learning progress and achievement analysis; and AI-assisted teaching management. The specific features and scope of the Service may vary depending on the selected plan and the Company's operating policies. ## Article 4 (Registration and Account) 1. Members may register using social login or other methods permitted by the Company. 2. Registration may be refused if false information is provided, another person's identity is used, or there is a history of prior Terms violations. 3. Account credentials must be managed by the account holder personally and may not be transferred or shared with others. ## Article 5 (Plans and Usage Limits) The Service is structured around the following plans. Prices and limits are subject to change; refer to the service screen for the latest information. | Plan | Price | Student Limit | |------|-------|--------------| | Free | $0/month | Up to 10 students | | Starter | $20/month | Up to 30 students | | Academy | $60/month | Up to 100 students | The Free plan is subject to a limit of 10 each for Exam Wizard, Progress Exam, and Diagnostic Exam. ## Article 6 (Responsibility for Student Information Management) 1. Teacher Members may register and manage student information within the scope necessary for class operations. 2. Information requiring consent from students or guardians must be lawfully obtained by Teacher Members in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 3. Teacher Members are responsible for any issues arising from incorrectly registered information. ## Article 7 (Paid Services and Payment) 1. Paid plans operate on a monthly auto-renewal subscription basis. 2. Payment is processed via automatic credit card billing in USD; actual charges may vary depending on the card issuer and exchange rates. 3. The Company does not directly store complete payment method information such as full card numbers. 4. For auto-renewal subscriptions, the Company will notify users of the upcoming renewal amount and billing date via email or in-service notification at least 7 days prior to the next billing date. ## Article 8 (Cancellation and Refunds) 1. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the settings screen within the Service; access will remain available until the end of the current billing period. 2. Upon subscription, the Service commences immediately, and Members consent to the waiver of their right of withdrawal. 3. Paid subscription fees are, in principle, non-refundable due to the nature of digital services. 4. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges, obvious billing errors, or cases where normal service use has been unavailable for an extended period due to the Company's fault. 5. Refund requests may be submitted to notice@classcube.co.kr. ## Article 9 (Notice Regarding AI Features) 1. The Service may include AI-based question recommendations, exam creation, and learning analysis features. 2. AI features are supplementary tools to assist with class operations and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of results. 3. Generated exams, explanations, and analysis results must be reviewed by Teacher Members before use. ## Article 10 (Prohibited Activities) The following activities are prohibited: 1. Sharing, misappropriating, or transferring accounts to others 2. Registering or using personal information of students or guardians without their consent 3. Abnormal use of the Service through automated programs or similar means 4. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sale of content such as questions and explanations 5. Interfering with service operations or exploiting security vulnerabilities 6. Any act that violates laws or public order and morals Violations may result in service restrictions, contract termination, or claims for damages. ## Article 11 (Intellectual Property) Rights to questions, explanations, exams, software, designs, and other content within the Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Reproduction, distribution, or sale beyond the scope of instructional purposes is not permitted. ## Article 12 (Service Changes and Suspension) 1. The Company may modify or suspend the Service as necessary; important changes will be notified in advance. 2. In the event of service suspension affecting paid plans, usage fees for the affected period will be refunded. ## Article 13 (Termination and Service Restriction) 1. Teacher Members may request account deletion or withdrawal at any time. 2. Service may be restricted or the contract terminated in cases of Terms violations or interference with service operations. ## Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) 1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. 2. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent court pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. ## Article 15 (Language) These Terms may be provided in multiple languages; in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between translations, the Korean version shall prevail. ## Article 16 (Amendments) The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations, and will provide advance notice at least 7 days (30 days for important matters) prior to the effective date of any amendment.
